Shipping Methods & Costs

For international deliveries, we exclusively use DHL Express. Payment options include debit or credit card, as well as PayPal. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable for overseas orders. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over €150. Estimated delivery times and shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout.

Please note that we are not liable for additional charges incurred during the import and customs clearance process in various countries. Customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes imposed by their respective countries. Our final product prices do not include these additional costs.

In Greece, we deliver our products via ELTA Courier, offering door-to-door service nationwide. Standard shipping is free, with an additional €2 fee for Cash on Delivery payments (available only in Greece).

Please be aware that delivery times may be extended during periods of high order volume. Occasionally, it may take 1-3 weeks to produce certain items.

Orders can be placed at any time throughout the week, with deliveries conducted on weekdays, from Monday to Friday.
